First show of Ian McLagan & the Bump Band tour! We performed at the Folk Alliance Festival. My friend Louis Meyers, the Executive Director of the Folk Aliance helped me out and gave me a guitar strap. Mine disappeared….thanks again Louis!!

Mark, I am planning on moving to Austin Tx. within the next year. I met you a few times when I lived in Md. When you appeared with Heart back in Columbia Md. at Meriweather Post Povillian I think it was 1983 or 84, I took you to a club in Baltimore then we preceded to drive back to Columbia and I ran out of gas, so we hitch hiked, and some old farmer picked us up in a beat up pick up truck, we finally got gas in my vehicle and I took you back to where you were staying. I also went backstage at Heart concerts because I had a certain product the band used. I don’t know if you remember me but I just wanted to send a shout out to you to say we made it through the 80′s. Also curious about Austin. Hopefully I’ll hear back from you soon. Planning to come to Austin in June, just to check it out. Living in Las Vegas now. Hope everything is well.
